We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Architect to lead our architecture team and drive the definition, documentation, and implementation of our SaaS platform's solution and security architecture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our technology management meets business requirements in the best possible way, working closely with the CTO and Head of Development to plan and implement our modernization strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading remote and distributed teams, with experience in agile software development and a solid understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts.

They will also have a good sense of business context and stakeholder management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Lead the architecture team and drive the definition, documentation, and implementation of our SaaS platform's solution and security architecture.
• Ensure that our technology management meets business requirements in the best possible way.
• Work closely with the CTO and Head of Development to plan and implement our modernization strategy.
• Cooperate with the product team to plan the roadmap and technical solutions for given business requirements.
• Work on our scalable cloud infrastructure powering our service platform that serves over 70,000 of our customers.

• 3+ years of experience in architecture lead role and 8-10 years of total experience in the IT industry.
• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in leading remote and distributed teams.
• Strong agile software development experience and a solid practical understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts.
• Good sense of business context and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English and German.
