We are looking for a seasoned technology leader to join our team at bexio AG. As the Head of Architecture & Technology, you will be responsible for defining, documenting, and implementing the solution and security architecture of our SaaS platform.
Key responsibilities include leading the architecture team, ensuring technology management meets business requirements, and collaborating with the CTO and Head of Development to plan and implement the modernization strategy.
Additionally, you will work closely with the product team to plan the roadmap and technical solutions for given business requirements.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an architecture lead role and 8-10 years of total experience in the IT industry
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience in leading remote and distributed teams
- Strong agile software development experience and a solid practical understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts
- Good sense for business context and stakeholder management
- Fluency in English and German
