We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operator 2 to join our team at Experis. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in chemical-pharmaceutical production to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the autonomous execution of technical, physical, and chemical processes during normal or deviating operations, ensuring compliance with HSEQ guidelines.">
  • This includes loading and unloading, transfers, and routine laboratory analyses, as well as taking samples of liquid or gaseous solids from equipment and facilities.">
  • The candidate will anticipate and understand deviations and potential technical problems with operating rules and work instructions, proposing solutions to resolve them.">
  • They will also organize interventions involving mechanics and electricians, and external companies during maintenance work.">
  • The role requires explaining tasks to colleagues, supporting them in completing the task, and actively intervening to help.">
  • Participation in projects and similar activities within a defined framework is also expected.">
  • The successful candidate will consistently adhere to currently applicable HSE regulations and instructions.">
  • Training in the laboratory to the extent that samples and resulting standard analyses can be carried out and interpreted independently is required.">
  • The candidate will ensure compliance with quality standards in the implementation of production processes, and in the preparation and implementation of cleaning processes and the equipment used.">
  • Detection and reporting of quality deviations in a timely manner, initiating necessary immediate measures, is also expected.">
  • The role requires active reporting of preventive measures to avoid safety problems and deviations, as well as acting proactively in reporting weak points and supporting HSE campaigns.">
  • Living a behavior-based safety culture and giving feedback to colleagues is essential.">

  • Professional experience in chemical-pharmaceutical production is an advantage.">
  • Adherence to HSE standards, with problems and critical situations reported and discussed openly, is required.">
  • Completion of shift production orders and planning of the manufacturing process to be carried out are essential skills.">
  • The candidate must describe the use of raw materials and associated risks to humans and the environment.">
  • Ensuring the availability of raw materials in stock and proper labeling of containers and samples are also required.">
  • Carrying out raw material transports with necessary authorization and explaining the meaning of hazardous goods labels and pictograms are essential duties.">
  • The role requires explaining and describing the manufacturing process using a diagram or manufacturing instructions, as well as developing process diagrams using documentation of a specific process.">
  • Explaining the structure of the production facilities used using the RI scheme and describing operational control points are also expected.">
  • Using process control programs, entering parameters, anticipating deviations, evaluating data and measurements available on systems, and deriving appropriate measures based on analysis results are essential skills.">
  • A diploma/apprenticeship as a chemical or pharmaceutical technologist in chemical and pharmaceutical production or equivalent recognized diploma is required.">
  • Production worker with experience, knowledge, and proven skills to independently perform tasks required at professional level is also necessary.">
  • Knowledge of German (spoken and written) and English (desirable) is required.">
