About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supplies Coordinator to join our team at Randstad (Schweiz) AG. As a Clinical Supplies Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely creation of label text translations, as well as coordinating projects from translation to delivery of labels to the packaging department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Label Text Translation: Create label text translations using a translation database and approve translations regarding study-specific, company-internal, and country-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Project Coordination: Create and monitor project schedules, coordinate projects from translation of label text to delivery of labels to the packaging department, and work proficiently within schedule-driven environments.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Advise project managers on the determination of label text in compliance with international regulatory requirements and internal company standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that GMP quality and safety standards are met in Label Translation in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum a bachelor's degree and/or at least 2 years' experience in the clinical supplies space (packaging/labeling operations).
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, analytical thinking, eye for detail, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, and similar).
