Job Summary

As a Strategic Compensation Expert at Fresenius Medical Care, you will play a key role in shaping our Total Rewards strategy, aligning it with our business objectives. You will partner closely with key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and provide guidance on compensation and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Total Rewards strategies that support business objectives
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and provide guidance on compensation and benefits programs
  • Roll out Rewards-related training and communication to defined stakeholders
  • Support leadership with merit bonus planning, LTI planning, open enrollment, and data consolidation
  • Help define and communicate the Employee Value Proposition from a Total Rewards standpoint
  • Closely collaborate with the cross-functional US HR Operations team and other internal stakeholders

Requirements
  • BA, BS, MA, or MBA with a focus on human resources management
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or SHRM Certification preferred
  • Global experience, including experience supporting US Compensation & Benefits
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to draw insights from data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
