Event Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Event Coordinator to join our team at Lombard Odier. As a key member of our Infrastructure Technological department, you will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and operating events within our offices in Switzerland and abroad.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise and passion for event planning to our organization. If you have experience in audiovisual equipment management, language skills in French and English, and a strong desire to work in a dynamic and diverse environment, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate, manage, and operate events within our offices in Switzerland and abroad.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of audiovisual equipment, including sound, lighting, and projection systems.
  • Maintain and evolve fixed and mobile installations for audio, video, and collaborative purposes.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, from setup to teardown.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event coordination and management.
  • Expertise in audiovisual equipment management, including sound, lighting, and projection systems.
  • Proficiency in French and English languages.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
