Strategic Account Manager for Life Sciences

We're currently looking for a Strategic Account Manager for Life Sciences to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform customer RfP into project-winning proposals
- Provide technical/operational expertise during sales processes
- Actively participate in sales processes through teleconferences or meetings with customers
- Deliver timely and accurate estimates of time, cost, and quality objectives
- Evaluate costs in detail using IT tools and leveraging technical chemical synthesis and production knowledge
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Commercial Development, and SMEs on different sites
Requirements:
- Advanced chemical degree
- Extensive experience in small molecules CDMO / Chemical-pharmaceutical industry (cGMPs, ISO standards)
- Proven track record of interacting effectively with various company functions/stakeholders and customers
- Expertise in process evaluation and simulation
- Experience in large-scale commercial manufacturing (continuous and batch processes)
- Fluency in German and English (English fluency is mandatory)
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
