Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top AI and DeepTech talent
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the AI and DeepTech sectors
- Source and screen candidates for open positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- At least 2 years' experience in recruitment, ideally in the AI and DeepTech sectors
- Strong knowledge of the AI and DeepTech industries, including trends, technologies, and key players
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
