About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our People & Culture team in Bern & Zürich as a Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment and sourcing of staff for various departments in Switzerland. You will lead and innovate key projects related to employer branding, onboarding, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, from analyzing requirements and creating job advertisements to conducting interviews and finalizing contracts.
- Advise line managers on current and future personnel requirements and on filling positions abroad and in Switzerland.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates.
- Enhance Helvetas' employer brand through innovative marketing and engagement strategies.
- Drive initiatives to improve the candidate and employee experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, or another relevant field.
- At least five years of recruitment experience and interest in other HR areas.
- Fluency in German and English, with a good knowledge of French.
- Proactive, flexible, and curious, with a customer-oriented and communicative personality.
