- HR Administration: Effectively manage HR administration and crew wellbeing.
- Employee Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Contract Preparation: Prepare employment contracts for employees and assist with visa applications.
- HR Needs Identification: Identify and address HR needs for assigned areas in partnership with the Corporate Operations Manager (COM).
- Crew Recruitment: Ensure timely recruitment of required crew members for assigned operations.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong business relationships with core teams and departments.
- Employee Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Staff Satisfaction: Monitor and enhance staff satisfaction levels in conjunction with the COM.
- Leadership Support: Offer support to the COM in deploying management positions and conducting performance assessments.
- Onboard Support: Assist the Senior Officer onboard with HR administration and vacation planning.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role.
- Excellent English and German language skills (written and verbal).
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and administrative experience.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, service-oriented, and guest-focused.
