The PositionThis exciting role requires you to work directly with the Chief Digital Technology Office (CDTO) and Informatics leadership teams, providing analysis and driving forward strategic initiatives in Informatics and beyond.
You will deliver high-quality information on-time, working closely with the CDTO to structure and manage initiatives.
- Provide thoroughly researched and well-prepared presentations on topics requested by the CDTO, conducting research and analyzing information to ensure objectives are met.
- Gather and interpret large amounts of information, presenting it in a concise, accurate manner for the CDTO's use.
- Coordinate presentations and cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Prepare content for external events and visits of the CDTO, as well as internal events pertaining to Informatics and other departments.
- Identify opportunities and strategic topics of interest to the CDTO, applying your experience in healthcare to develop strategic initiatives across divisions and units.
- Apply fact-based reasoning for all projects in the CDTO office, considering the holistic outcome for Roche.
To be successful in this role, you will require prior knowledge of the healthcare sector and pharmaceutical industry, coupled with great communication skills, a strategic mindset, self-drive, and ability to engage with people at all levels of the organization.
