About the Role:
The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to end-users worldwide. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing onboarding activities, and engaging in the discovery of new IT business tools.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide IT service support, guidance, and training to end-users for various IT devices, applications, or processes.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues locally as well as remotely.
- Perform IT onboarding activities for end-users.
- Engage in the discovery of new IT business tools to support our business users and internal IT team.
- Work with our internal IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance.
- Participate in product testing with business groups.
- Seek, suggest, evaluate, and implement process and technology improvements.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in end-user desktop support.
- Windows 10 and macOS troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge in Google Apps and Office 365.
- Great communication skills, comfortable working with various stakeholders.
- Good hardware install, cabling, and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Troubleshooting skills, bug finding, and resolution.
- Good customer service skills.
- Great team player.
- Ability to work independently within a remote team.
- Fluent in French & English.
Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year.
