About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager Medical Devices to join our team at Gi Group SA.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within your designated territory.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create tailored business cases for each country, focusing on the service's effect on patient outcomes and local health economics.
  • Establish and nurture robust connections with key decision-makers, healthcare providers, and hospital personnel to effectively advocate for iRhythm's cardiac arrhythmia solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM tools.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in cardiology medical device sales within the region.
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets within the medical device and digital healthcare sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of cardiac arrhythmia products, clinical applications, and the healthcare landscape within your designated markets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport and trust with healthcare professionals.
  • Native/fluent French and English, with proficiency in German.
