Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as a Doctoral Student in the Health Ethics and Policy lab. This is an exciting opportunity to pursue cutting-edge research at the intersection of ethics, biomedicine, and technological innovation.

Research Opportunities

Our lab is actively engaged in several research lines, including:

  • Digital technologies and AI for clinical research and medical use
  • The ethical aspects of healthy longevity
  • The use of bioengineering approaches for both therapeutic and basic research applications
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • A Master's degree with a background in one or more of the following areas: bioethics, law, public health, health policy, health sciences, molecular biology, medicine, computer science, data science, IT, or a related field
  • Interest in the topic of the selected research line
  • Previous research experience, ideally in at least one of the following empirical research approaches: survey methodology, qualitative methods, ethnography, or other empirical approaches in bioethics
  • Adequate written and verbal communication skills in English, the working language of our team
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and interdisciplinary research environment
