Therapeutic Massage Specialist

As a therapeutic massage specialist at RITUAL MASSAGE SARL, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional authentic Thai healing experiences to our clients. This role requires dedication to providing top-level services and adhering to quality standards that have made our salons renowned for excellence.

• Deliver high-quality authentic Thai massages to meet client expectations

As an expert in traditional Thai massage techniques, you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless communication and teamwork. Your key responsibilities include assessing client needs through initial consultations, identifying areas of tension, and recommending personalized treatments tailored to their requirements.

• Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment

Effective communication is crucial in this role, as you will engage with clients regularly to understand their needs, address any concerns, and continually strive to exceed their expectations. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members alike.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

This includes advising on stretches to practice at home, the importance of relaxation and stress management, and other aspects related to holistic well-being.

• Citizen of a European Union country or EFTA member

Due to work permit restrictions, the candidate must be a citizen of a European Union country or a member of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA). This condition facilitates the work permit application process.

• Education and Experience

The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Thai therapeutic massage from a recognized institution or possess at least 5 years of professional experience in giving authentic Thai massage. Previous experience in a high-end spa or salon environment is desirable.

• Language Skills and Integration

An acceptable level of proficiency in French or English is required for this position. However, we acknowledge that language skills can always be improved, and we offer language training to enhance your French or English skills.

Regarding integration into Swiss culture, courses on Swiss customs and social standards can be provided to help you better understand local norms and practices.
