Senior Project Manager Experience

This role sits within our Zurich-based business unit, where we deliver a wide range of services, from strategy and performance-driven full-funnel approaches to campaigning, e-commerce, data & analytics, and content. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional and engaging digital experiences.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex digital projects with our clients, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement digital projects, maintaining a focus on milestone fulfillment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and initiate measures to ensure project scope is met on time and within budget.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, as well as our implementing expert teams.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients, showcasing confidence, proactivity, and authority.
  • Utilize knowledge and experience in stakeholder management, risk management, controlling, and reporting.
  • Lead an interdisciplinary project team on a daily basis and maintain regular contact with team members in different locations.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in managing complex digital or e-commerce projects, preferably on medium to large accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swiss German, German (at least C1), and English.
  • Relevant experience in an agency or consulting firm.
  • Good command of project management methods and tools.
  • Experience in (multi-)project management and classic and agile project management methods (waterfall to scrum and kanban) and tools (e.g., Asana or Jira).
  • Convincing and confident manner with a feel for client needs and ability to consult and steer clients.
  • Skilled in creating cost overviews and offers.
  • Ability to design project plans and roadmaps with milestones and dependencies.
  • Creation of re-briefings and documentation of deadlines with clients.
  • Ideal basic knowledge of requirements engineering and prioritization.
  • Ability to work independently, autonomously, in a structured and organized manner, characterized by a high sense of quality and responsibility.
  • True organizational talent with experience in leading interdisciplinary teams in Strategy / UX / UI / Dev / QA to achieve common goals.
  • Currently based in Switzerland.
