About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our Data Science and Advanced AI team as the Head of Strategy and Governance.

This role requires someone who can drive the strategic direction and governance of our Data Science & advanced AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align data science & advanced AI strategies with organizational priorities.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance, ethical AI practices, and data protection.
  • Foster innovation and the development of data-driven solutions to enhance business performance.
  • Enable and accelerate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or Law); Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
  • MBA with a focus on AI, Digital Transformation, or Strategy is a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles within AI, data strategy, or governance.
  • Proven track record in executing AI & data strategies at an enterprise level.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, global organizations.
  • Expertise in AI governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Skilled in agile product development.
  • Fluency in English.
