Job Description

OK Job SA is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the phases of a project and being the primary point of contact for clients from the receipt of the order to the installation and warranty period worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Microtechnics, Electronics, Mechanics, or Automation, and a certification in IPMA or equivalent. They will also have 3-5 years of experience in managing projects of significant scope in the automation field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and make technical and strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing the different phases and milestones of a project to generate minimum costs while respecting the functional performance of the specifications, a high level of quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the phases of a project and be the primary point of contact for clients from the receipt of the order to the installation and warranty period worldwide.
  • Manage projects of various types aimed at providing services or equipment (total responsibility for the project: costs, planning, deadlines, resources).
  • Plan and manage the different phases and milestones of a project to generate minimum costs while respecting the functional performance of the specifications, a high level of quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a project team and track the progress of different phases. Identify deviations and propose corrective measures.
  • In liaison with clients and suppliers, participate in strategic and orientation decisions for the project.
