Job Title: Expert IT Network Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our IT Network Team at Audemars Piguet.


Estimated Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $100,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience.


Job Description

The IT Network Team Lead will oversee daily operations, provide regular status updates on projects and initiatives, and offer technical guidance to ensure efficient functioning of our IT Network team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Network engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Project and Initiative Management: Manage projects and initiatives related to IT networks, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, assisting with complex problem-solving and ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Network Administration: Oversee the administration and maintenance of our global network infrastructure, including configuration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Availability: Ensure the network is performant and available. Manage all network incidents in accordance with our SLA.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, including implementing and monitoring security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of our IT Network.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as systems, cloud, security, and development, to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT Networks, configurations, procedures, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure continuity of operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements within the IT network environment.
  • Governance and Processes: Establish and maintain IT Governance, following policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the rest of the IT department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an IT environment, preferably managing a network team.
  • Strong technical expertise in networking protocols, firewall configuration, and configuration of network equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, NSE) are a plus. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to managing OT operations. ITIL certification is a must.
  • Client & Service-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in French and English is required.
