Network Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our IT Network Team at Audemars Piguet. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the efficient functioning of our global network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment by leading and mentoring a team of network engineers.
- Project and Initiative Management: Manage projects and initiatives related to IT networks, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, assisting with complex problem-solving and ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Network Administration: Oversee the administration and maintenance of our global network infrastructure, including configuration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Availability and Security: Ensure the network is performant and available, manage all network incidents in accordance with our SLA, and maintain compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as systems, cloud, security, and development, to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT Networks, configurations, procedures, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure continuity of operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements within the IT network environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an IT environment, preferably managing a network team.
- Strong technical expertise in networking protocols, firewall configuration, and configuration of network equipment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management experience, including prioritizing tasks, managing resources, and delivering results within deadlines.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, NSE) are a plus.
