- Aeronautical Publication Management - Track, obtain, and verify all aeronautical publications available for the 28-day AIRAC cycle, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness.
- Procurement and Sourcing - Take full responsibility for all source procurement-related work tasks in the allotted country coverage, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Publication Distribution - Ensure the timely distribution of available aeronautical publications to internal customers, maintaining high levels of accuracy and reliability.
- Clarification and Resolution - Clarify inconsistencies in publication methods, applying relevant ICAO rules, and process clarification requests concerning formatting errors or missing publications.
- Customer Support - Handle customers' requests in a professional and timely manner, providing excellent service and support.
- Project Participation - Participate in internal projects, contributing expertise and knowledge to drive business success.
- Professional Experience - Several years of professional experience in business administration, with a strong background in aeronautical information management.
