Main Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the VP Marketing, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key tasks include:

  • Screening and filtering external and internal demands addressed to the VP Marketing
  • Managing incoming calls, mail, and emails
  • Preparing documents, presentations, and weekly reports
  • Coordinating meetings and drafting meeting minutes
  • Implementing ad-hoc reporting from teams
  • Validating invoices and controlling expenses reports

Profile

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A commercial diploma or similar background with several years' experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with German and other languages being an advantage
  • Mastery of MS Office
