Strengthening Synechron Switzerland's team is a top priority, and we're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support a prominent private bank in Geneva. As the primary interface between technology and business areas, you'll identify requirements and process specifications, collaborating with project teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly solutions.

Your Mission:

To empower our team and clients alike, you'll work closely with subject matter experts to define functional specifications and evaluation criteria for business solutions that meet their needs.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Functional Specifications: Collaborate with experts to outline requirements and process specifications for business solutions.
  • Requirements Identification: Help identify needs by describing them in detail, including boundaries and limitations.
  • Solution Breakdown: Simplify complex solutions into manageable components for easier implementation.
  • Client Needs: Serve as a point of reference for internal and external clients, ensuring their requirements are clearly defined and validated.
  • System Mapping: Work with architects to establish and maintain a clear mapping of system functions and needs.
  • Test Planning: Outline tests to validate solution functionalities and assist in generating necessary documentation.
  • Team Coordination: Lead the RFI/RFP process and act as a 3rd level of support, ensuring team coordination and clear status reports.
Qualifications:

Your profile and skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and Business Administration.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in banking language and able to translate terms for all stakeholders.
  • Client Life Cycle Management: Good understanding of onboarding, offboarding, reviews, signature processes, and document management.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Skilled at facilitating workshops in an international environment.
  • System Management: Experience managing WDX or other CRM systems.
  • Workflow Management: Experience in workflow and case management.
  • Test Execution: Familiar with test case execution and strong methodology for analyzing problems.
  • Personal Qualities: Responsible, structured, and detail-oriented with flexibility, open-mindedness, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Languages: Fluency in French and English.
  • Residency: Swiss resident.
