About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Management Cosmetics Division professional to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing our raw material procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage raw material procurement, including negotiating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics, including transportation and warehousing, to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
