Marketing Manager

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of marketed products and driving the launch of new products in the biotech industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive product growth and market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize marketing activities and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
  • Manage and execute events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and build brand awareness
  • Monitor and report on product performance and market trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, medical science, or bio-medical science
  • At least four years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the biotech or pharma industry
  • German and English C1 level, French is a plus
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interact with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in a similar role in the Swiss market is an asset
