Head of Investor Relations Infrastructure

We are seeking a seasoned Investor Relations Specialist to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with both new and existing clients, supporting our continued growth in the infrastructure investment sector.

About the Role:
  1. Become a product specialist and take responsibility for effective client communication, including coordinating investors' questions and requests relating to our organisation and investor accounts.
  2. Take ownership of the storylines of our infrastructure solutions, including relevant marketing documentation.
  3. Responsible for the interface to the Private Banking Department regarding our infra products.
  4. Actively support or take responsibility for third parties, such as placement agents.
  5. Take ownership of processes regarding advisory committee meetings, investor calls, and ad hoc client meetings.
  6. Responsible for final reporting, ensuring correct wording for our target customer groups.
  7. Lead Investor Relations communications, including content creation and responsibility for newsletters/articles in financial publications.
  8. Actively participate in and take ownership of internal projects, such as product development tasks.
RFP Management:
  1. Take full ownership of the RFP/DDQ process from prospective investors using a broad set of content items and data.
  2. Be the owner of our active funds' standard DDQs and handle regular updates; develop RFP content items and data, improving efficiency in information sourcing.
Requirements:
  1. 5 years of experience in Alternative Investments, preferably in Private Equity/Energy Transition Infrastructure, in a company with international orientation.
  2. 10 years of experience with RFP/DDQ processes and RFP content management.
  3. Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent tertiary education.
  4. Ability to oversee and understand complex work streams, setting priorities and deadlines, constructively influencing others.
  5. Understanding of relevant legal frameworks and experience in handling changes in Fund Documentation is a plus.
  6. Very good communication skills, open-minded, and proactive stakeholder management.
  7. Strong process orientation leading to a structured and documented workflow.
  8. Outstanding organisational skills with a hands-on and team player attitude.
  9. Accurate and detail-oriented with sound judgement and integrity.
  10. Pragmatic and solution-oriented working approach.
  11. Ability to work independently and responsibly, demonstrating a structured approach.
  12. Fluent in English and German is a must, both oral and in writing.
  13. Advanced MS Office skills are required.
