Business Development Intern

We are seeking a talented Business Development Intern to join our team at Planven, a leading venture capital asset manager. As a key member of our Business Development and Investor Relations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of BD / IR in strategic initiatives, including investor engagement, fundraising, and brand building.
About the Role
This 6-month internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic VC environment. You will be responsible for assisting in market research, marketing materials preparation, fundraising support, and brand building.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Mapping & Market Research: Identify and segment target investors through market analysis and industry trends.
- Marketing Materials Preparation: Assist in developing pitch books, investor presentations, and materials to showcase fund performance and investment strategies.
- Fundraising Support: Aid in due diligence processes and preparing reports for investor meetings.
- Brand Building: Contribute to social media management, event coordination, and maintaining the firm's online presence.
Requirements
- Academic Background: Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Work Experience: Prior internship experience in finance, consulting, or marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM tools.
- Language: Fluent in English. Any other language is a plus.
- EU passport holders / Swiss work permit holders ONLY.
