Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Management Trainee Program. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work in various areas of our business, including operations, trading, trade finance, accounting, and management.
Key Responsibilities- Commodities Procurement and Logistics: Manage the procurement and logistics of physical commodities, including quality control, inventory management, and primary processing.
- Trade and Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and develop trading strategies to optimize our business performance.
- Sustainability and Compliance: Ensure that our business practices are aligned with sustainable farming practices, fair trade, and relevant certifications and compliance.
- Finance and Accounting: Manage financial systems, FX positions, balance sheets, and risk mitigation.
- Education: Bachelor or Master's Degree in Management, Finance/Accounting, Agricultural, or Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in trading or logistics.
