Responsabilités
  • Collecter et analyser les exigences métier pour les initiatives et demandes de changement
  • Assurer la livraison des projets d'analytique en respectant les délais, les budgets, la qualité, et la gestion des risques
  • Garantir que les projets respectent les niveaux de service contractuels et les standards techniques et fonctionnels
  • Coordonner les équipes transverses, en tant que point de contact unique pour ses projets
  • Fournir des retours réguliers lors des comités de pilotage et opérationnels
  • Suivre les standards de développement pour assurer l'efficacité et la qualité
  • Gérer les ressources et évaluer la performance des membres de l'équipe
  • Collaborer avec les fournisseurs externes pour l'implémentation des solutions
  • Analyser et résoudre les problèmes critiques lors des livraisons avec des équipes distribuées globalement
  • Faciliter les tests périodiques et les plans de contingence
  • Gérer la communication avec toutes les parties prenantes durant la livraison du projet
  • Documenter les processus de changement et de déploiement des produits
  • Rechercher des technologies et meilleures pratiques pour améliorer la qualité des données et l'efficacité des processus
Compétences Requises
  • Plus de 7 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la BI et de l'analytique
  • Expertise dans la livraison de solutions de bout en bout en analytique de données
  • Solide expérience avec MS SQL et les technologies cloud Azure ; Oracle est un atout
  • Compétences en gestion de risques et multitâches dans un environnement dynamique
  • Compétences en leadership et en gestion de relations avec les parties prenantes
  • Capacité à communiquer et à présenter des informations complexes de manière claire
Compétences Souhaitées
  • Solide capacité d'analyse critique et de résolution de problèmes
  • Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à respecter les délais multiples
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit ; toute autre langue européenne est un plus
