About the Role

Crowne Plaza Geneva is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Experience: Ensure that guests receive a high level of service and that their needs are consistently met.
  2. Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
  3. Operational Efficiency: Coordinate the kitchen and dining room to ensure seamless service and minimize delays.
  4. Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement innovative menus that drive sales and guest satisfaction.
  5. Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  6. Supply Chain Management: Manage inventory, supplies, and restaurant orders to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  7. Standard Operating Procedures: Establish, monitor, and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and excellence in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with a degree in Hospitality Management and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a hotel establishment of the same category (4- or 5-star) with a solid operational background.

You should be fluent in French and English, and mastering another foreign language of one of our target markets is highly desirable. Knowledge of Micros/Simphony is a plus.

You should be acknowledged for your guest service orientation, reactivity, and capacity to anticipate guests' needs. You should like working in a fast-paced environment and be flexible.
