Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, such as handling correspondence, making travel arrangements, and processing expenses.
- Cultivate relationships with various stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
