Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  1. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  2. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, such as handling correspondence, making travel arrangements, and processing expenses.
  3. Cultivate relationships with various stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Bilingual in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  2. Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  3. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
