About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Manager to join our team at Octapharma AG in Lachen, Switzerland.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of clinical trials and the clinical trial implementation in Europe and globally under minimal supervision. This includes contributing to the successful execution of clinical study projects, performing independent site management of investigative sites, external study vendors and oversight of contractors, participating in the development, writing and reviewing of clinical trial documents and manuals, participating in the feasibility assessments and evaluation of investigative sites, and reviewing and overseeing monitoring reports.

Requirements
  • Biological and/or clinical science or nurse/study nurse background
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in clinical research (as CTM) in CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology company (monitoring, study management)
  • Proficient In English and German
  • Strong operational, presentation, documentation, communication skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter requiring minimal supervision, with a team-oriented approach
  • Willing to travel (approximately 10%)
