Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Scientific Manager to join our International Business Unit (IBU) Haematology team. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating clinical projects within the portfolio.

About the Role
  • You will lead the development of medical content for global marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all channels.
  • Contribute to the creation of strategic relationships with international opinion leaders, driving engagement and advocacy for our products.
  • Develop and implement strategies for congresses, symposia, and local marketing activities to promote our products effectively.
  • Design and deliver internal and external medical training programs, focusing on Haematology and Immunotherapy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clinical life science management projects and new product development initiatives.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A PhD in a scientific discipline, clinical experience, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Previous experience in a related function, ideally in Haematology, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate internal and external teams.
  • Cultural awareness, sensitivity, and a willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
