Department: Département de l'économie et de l'emploi (DEE), République et Canton de Genève

We are seeking a Organisation Specialist to join our team at the Direction de l'organisation, de la sécurité de l'information et de la logistique (DOSIL) in the Département de l'économie et de l'emploi (DEE). This key role aims to support the offices of the department in developing their strategy and accompanying the digital transition, while promoting simplification and performance.

Main Missions:
  • Organisational Analysis: Understand the impacts of public policy objectives on organisation, information management, and service delivery.
  • Process Design: Participate in the development of business plans and design delivery process.
  • Organisation Consultancy: Advise departments on organisation and IT, and accompany the implementation of changes.
  • Collaboration with IT: Maintain the information systems (SI) map and ensure coordination with the OCSIN.
  • Project Management: Accompany departments in managing digital transition projects and user testing until the SI is put into service.
Required Profile:
  • Education: Master's degree in political science, public management, economics, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
  • Language: Bilingual French-German (advanced level in writing and speaking in German).

  • Communication: Excellent ability to interact with departmental staff and IT teams in a potentially Agile environment.
