Job Summary
The HR Operations Payroll Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll for Tesla employees across the DACH region. This is a full-time position based in Switzerland & Austria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate payroll relevant data and transmit it to external vendors in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records.
  • Process advance, termination, and other out-of-cycle payments.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve payroll-related issues.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Experience in payroll input preparation.
  • A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS and E-Ticketing tool systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
