What to Expect:
Tesla is seeking a HR Operations Payroll Specialist to join our growing HR Operations team. With excellent organizational skills, time-planning, and attention to detail, you will directly contribute to a fantastic employee experience by ensuring outstanding levels of service to our internal customers and supporting the ongoing development of our services.
Our Payroll team is an integral function that provides support to our Employee population across the DACH region. Join us in accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy whilst giving a Best-in-Class experience to our Employees.
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for timely collating of payroll relevant data and transmitting all payroll input to our external payroll vendors.
- Perform tasks to establish and maintain employee payroll records.
- Process advance, termination, and other out-of-cycle payments.
- Independently coordinate and liaise with our internal stakeholders and/or external parties (as required).
- Process and monitor garnishment orders and other issues that impact payroll specifications.
- Run, develop, and distribute payroll and HR reports to various stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage relationships with country payroll partners to ensure timely and accurate payments, making recommendations for and implementing process improvements.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in Payroll input preparation.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of HRIS and E-Ticketing tool systems a plus.
- Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks or shift priorities as needed in a fast-changing environment.
- Proven skill at handling stressful issues and interfacing with all levels of the business in a courteous and professional manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel.
- German and English language skills; both written and spoken.
