Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading consumer learnings for innovation projects at Nespresso HQ. This includes overseeing projects related to coffee, machine development, and exploring new territories in both B2C and B2B markets.
Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure impactful innovations are delivered to consumers. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunity spaces, running ideation workshops, and systematically testing high-potential ideas.
Required Skills and Qualifications- University degree in Marketing or equivalent
- At least 6 years of experience in Consumer and Market Insights (agency and/or client side)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research techniques for innovation, communication, and branding
- Ability to design research plans and lead projects with budget, supplier, research, and schedule management
- Curiosity and experience uncovering consumer opportunities and trends
