**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Executive Retail & Wholesale Director to lead our regional operations in Switzerland, the UK, and Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, manage our network of retail stores and wholesale partners, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional retail and wholesale strategies to achieve annual sales objectives.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of our retail stores and wholesale partners across the region.
  • Build strong relationships with local partners, including boutique managers and wholesale partners.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement local marketing initiatives and participate in regional activations.
  • Identify business opportunities and grow our client database.
  • Support and manage boutiques to achieve sales targets and retail KPIs.
  • Develop boutique action plans to boost sales.
  • Assist with event execution, boutique renovations, openings, and closures.
  • Oversee all aspects of the wholesale strategy for the brand, including monitoring wholesale networks, exploring new opportunities, and closing as needed.
  • Implement the wholesale strategy by choosing appropriate retailers and coordinating its implementation.
  • Ensure quality and quantitative business reports to the Europe Managing Director.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in retail and wholesale management.
  • Background in sales, luxury retail, banking, automotive, high-end hospitality, or aviation industries.
  • Experience within luxury watches or high-end jewelry industries highly desirable.
  • Languages: English mandatory, French and German are a key advantage; any other European language is a plus.
  • Strong experience in retail.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and our competitors.
  • Ability and willingness to make a difference and challenge the status quo.
  • Detailed, focused, and data analytical.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive business acumen.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience working with a diverse client base.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and positively with a range of different business stakeholders.

Salary Range: €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
