Salesforce Project Management Opportunity

GLO Comms is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce project manager to lead the end-to-end management of Salesforce projects. As a key member of our team, you'll ensure successful design, development, and deployment of solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, aligning them with Salesforce best practices.
  • Oversee project timelines, scope, deliverables, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce configuration, integration, and development.
  • Conduct risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive continuous improvements.
  • Facilitate user training, adoption, and post-implementation support.
What We're Looking For:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing Salesforce projects, including end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and API integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Proven ability to successfully deliver Salesforce projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, PMP, or Scrum Master) are a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong advantage.
