As a Business Process Improvement Specialist, you will lead projects for developing Cargo iQ quality and performance management frameworks, facilitating development of new Cargo iQ projects, and improving concepts to increase cross-stakeholder performance management.
About the teamYou will be part of a small multitasking team that delivers projects to strengthen Cargo iQ's Quality and Performance Management framework within the air cargo supply chain. You will work with diverse stakeholders of membership organizations and industry associations.
Responsibilities- Lead and facilitate the development of new Cargo iQ projects and improvements of concepts to increase cross-stakeholder performance management
- Work with members to identify requirements and challenge the status quo with your industry experience and seek opportunities across members
- Organize, manage, and facilitate Cargo iQ Working Groups to support the maintenance of existing processes, specifications, and the development of new business requirements and concepts
- Support member onboarding and organize and provide training sessions for our members
The ideal candidate has a proven project management track record, Microsoft applications skills, and basic data manipulation/programming skills – SQL/Python.
