Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead Chef Position at Ennismore, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Leading a team of skilled chefs to achieve exceptional results.
- Collaborating with the management team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in Italian cuisine, preferably with some years of experience as a chef.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- A passion for innovation and creativity in the kitchen.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer:
- A competitive salary range (depending on experience) between CHF 4'400 and CHF 4'600 gross per month.
