Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented researcher to join our team as an MSc Researcher in Food Fermentation. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for executing projects related to food fermentation and microbiology, with a focus on solid-state fermentation of food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute experiments on solid-state fermentation using industrial sidestreams and filamentous fungi and bacteria.
  • Analyze and interpret sensor data to generate conclusions and insights.
  • Collaborate with our development team to create new products and improve existing ones.
Requirements
  • Enrolled in an MSc program in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience with laboratory equipment and a strong understanding of microbiology and fermentation principles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and a strong passion for innovation and sustainability.
