Job Description:

MAISON, a unique combination of cocktail bar, club, and brunch café, is seeking a reliable and efficient Food Service Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and functions, as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an asset, but not essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
