Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Planner to join our team at our headquarters in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland. As a Merchandise Planner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company by developing and implementing effective merchandise planning strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed merchandise plans, including sales forecasts, inventory management, and product allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and sales, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in merchandise planning and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Textile and Apparel Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandise planning or a related field, preferably in the fashion and lifestyle industry.
• Excellent English language skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for fashion and lifestyle, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering exceptional results.
