Job Summary

The Client Life Cycle Management Analyst, Quality Assurance role is a key position within HSBC's Compliance department. The successful candidate will work closely with the PBRS CLM Teams to ensure the completion of quality assurance checks to ensure standards are met and in line with KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete quality assurance checks to ensure standards are met and in line with KPIs
  • Consider customer impact and business outcomes and act as escalation point for any Quality related concerns
  • Build strong network relationships to ensure the delivery of remediation programs are met to a high standard
  • Ensure that minimum internal and external regulatory requirements are met
  • Ensure concerns are highlighted through the correct escalation process
  • Support CLM Teams and Front Office in updating PEDRs and Account opening profiles in accordance with the Group Policy
  • Support CLM Teams and Front Office in producing timely, high-quality CDD profiles and address quality issues
  • Have a good understanding of the GPB Policy, Line of Business procedures, local regulatory requirements and DIMs
  • Understand and comply with internal control standards with no breaches of regulatory requirements complete
  • Support Production teams to implement changes to the GPB policies effectively

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Anti Money Laundering, regulatory compliance and controls within the banking and financial services industry
  • Can-do and problem-solving attitude
  • At ease under pressure and demonstrating good resilience
  • Strong teamwork initiative
  • Good research and communication skills
  • Ability to work professionally with all levels of staff and management
  • Skilled IT user with a capacity to adapt to new or complex tools and use efficiently all usual software suit (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.)
  • Flexible and accountable: Open (to different ideas and cultures), dependable (by doing the right thing and take personal accountability) and Connected (with our clients, providers, regulators and colleagues by demonstrating collaboration and respect)
  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree or relevant work experience
  • Fluent in English and French both written and spoken
  • International profile with practice in another country and multi-cultural experience is a plus
  • Due to immigration restrictions in Switzerland we will only be able to consider applications from Swiss or EU citizens or from candidates holding a valid Swiss work permit
