About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at SR Technics Group.
Your Tasks
- Perform technical inspections of engine assemblies, modules, and piece parts on schedule.
- Create repair orders for assemblies and individual parts.
- Request and execute engine modifications.
- Control executed modifications and configuration on single parts and assemblies.
- Perform assigned work on time and ensure quality of work.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principles, including Lean Events, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and safety.
- Handle operating equipment in an environmentally conscious manner.
- Measure control of assemblies in mounted condition.
- Execute and self-control performed orders in a timely manner.
- Document activities assigned in accordance with regulations.
- Perform internal audits, such as 5S audits, and implement defined actions.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably in metal (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineers, machine mechanics, or equivalent).
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry.
- Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA part 145/part 66.
- Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends.
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely, and in a responsible manner.
- Open-minded and dedicated team player with good communication skills.
- High safety, quality, and cost awareness.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and SAP experience.
- Knowledge of English language (level B1); knowledge of German is a plus.
