AufgabenDer Quality Assurance Spezialist ist für die Sicherstellung der Quality Assurance (QA) bezüglich Leistungsfähigkeit und Sicherheit der IT-Produktions-Systeme verantwortlich. Er ist für die Anwendung der QA-Methoden auf die Reporting-Produktion der Portfolios der Kunden zuständig. Der Quality Assurance Spezialist entwickelt die Automatisierung der Kunden-Reportings und führt Testaktivitäten nach der Implementation von Optimierungen durch. Er identifiziert und beseitigt Fehler und überwacht die Fehlermeldungen in den Testphasen. Der Quality Assurance Spezialist arbeitet eng mit Business-Analysten, Fachabteilungen und IT-Entwicklern zusammen, um laufende Requirement-Analysen zu erstellen. Er leitet QA-Projekte im Bankkonzern und koordiniert die Initiativen für kontinuierliche Integration von Best Practice. Der Quality Assurance Spezialist überwacht und berichtet die Produkt-, Service- und Anwendungsleistung. Er pflegt die Dokumentation und übernimmt Ad-hoc-Projekte.
QualifikationDer Quality Assurance Spezialist sollte einen Master- oder Bachelorabschluss haben. Er sollte zertifiziert sein als Quality Assurance Spezialist (NDS, CAS). Der Quality Assurance Spezialist sollte Berufserfahrung im Private Banking haben, idealerweise mit Client Reporting. Er sollte vertraut sein mit Anwendungen zur Problem-Behandlung, Fehlerverwaltung und zum operativen Projektmanagement. Der Quality Assurance Spezialist sollte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Testplänen haben. Er sollte ein Interesse an intelligenter Automatisierung haben, die 'noise' von 'threat' trennen kann (DevSecOps). Der Quality Assurance Spezialist sollte vertraut sein mit dem Einsatz von Jira. Er sollte eine analytische, initiative Persönlichkeit haben mit Blick für das Detail und das Ganze. Der Quality Assurance Spezialist sollte ein Interesse an der Innovation haben. Er sollte einen selbständigen Arbeitsstil haben. Der Quality Assurance Spezialist sollte ein Interesse an Team- und Kundenorientierung haben. Er sollte hohe Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz über alle Hierarchiestufen hinweg haben. Der Quality Assurance Spezialist sollte Arbeitssprachen Deutsch und Englisch sprechen.
