We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee within Control and Governance. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the internal control framework to ensure it remains effective and efficient.
- Coordinate and implement internal control campaigns across the organization, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Monitor and control business processes related to managing insurance and reinsurance contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Produce reports for various use cases, including reconciliation reports and reports related to regulatory data calls.
- Support projects and clean-up activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate the Internal Control System (ICS) campaign for our organization.
- Audit reviews of local hubs to ensure compliance and quality.
- Review and improve the quality of controls on an ongoing basis.
- Unify the control framework to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Maintain and improve the ICS framework, addressing ongoing challenges and opportunities.
- Support the development and implementation of control processes across the organization.
- Contribute to transversal challenges, including data, process, and system improvements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Maintain and improve the Sanction and Embargo Process and Tax calculation process.
- Improve the audit trail of the Sanction and Embargo review.
Requirements:
- Solid statistical knowledge and analytical skills.
