Job Summary

The Site Engineering Manager is responsible for developing and leading the capital projects delivery in Monthey site. This includes ensuring timely implementation of new or improved assets, aligned with rapidly changing business requirements and within agreed cost and safety parameters.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of engineering and maintenance strategies
  • Optimize asset lifecycle management to maximize equipment reliability, availability, and performance
  • Drive a culture of operational excellence through proactive planning and execution
Key Skills
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and management systems
  • Familiarity with chemical manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related field)
  • 10+ years of experience in industrial environment (chemical production), with at least 5 years in a leadership role
