Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Campaign Manager to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign management, data analysis, and eCommerce.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing existing campaign performance using analytics tools and customer journey insights. They will also develop and implement end-to-end campaigns across web channels, ensuring alignment with eCommerce objectives.

The role involves conducting detailed end-to-end testing to ensure seamless customer experiences across channels and troubleshooting any technical, content, or communications issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track, analyze, and optimize existing campaign performance using analytics tools and customer journey insights
  • Develop and implement end-to-end campaigns across web channels, including email and SMS, ensuring alignment with eCommerce objectives
  • Conduct detailed end-to-end testing to ensure seamless customer experiences across channels and troubleshoot any technical, content, or communications issues
Requirements
  • Experience with eCommerce: Understanding of eCommerce flows and sales funnels to implement effective campaigns
  • Understanding of campaign tracking (Google Analytics 4 GA4), user behavior insights, and A/B testing
  • Skilled at using Contentsquare or similar for in-depth analysis of digital interactions and optimizing customer journeys (advantage)
  • Ability to update and manage web content to ensure consistency with campaign messaging using CMS tools
  • Proficient in tools like Customer.io for building, automating, and tracking email and SMS campaigns
  • Experience managing cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, website) and tracking results for optimization
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Experience interpreting data and analytics from multiple sources to refine campaigns and recommend improvements
  • Project Coordination: Ability to manage timelines, collaborate across departments, and ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Proficient in German and English; all other languages are a bonus
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately CHF 80,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including a motivated and dynamic team, diverse training opportunities through our e-Academy, and more.
